Pros

They are involved with community and support local schools.

Cons

Heavy upper management that are not connected to the reality of frontline daily nightmare. Numerous rollouts, high and conflicting expectations. Multiple systems that don't communicate, making job harder than it needs to be. Growing too fast and losing identity. Expensive health benefits.

Pros

Great people, great quality, career development, and good benefits

Cons

No high deductible health insurance plan offered (i.e. no HSA) and the FSA provider is pretty annoying to work with
