This company will literally make onboarding and hiring a nightmare - Anonymous employee STERIS Employee Review

The onboarding and hiring process is absolutely insane. Here is what they ask for: high school diplomas, show up to 7 years of w2s and/or IRS tax transcripts (who wants to show this to an hr person they have never met in person????), drug test, and multiple physical exams--- all for a job that pays below market rate. This is absurd. Your hiring process is absurd and more thorough than most government jobs. Insane.
