The Steris bought Cantel, our 401k from Fidelity is stuck there while we start a brand new one at Vanguard. Raises are nonexistent...less than 3% No matter how much experience or product knowledge or what you have done for the company, you will never be valued as a good employee who deserves to be promoted without a degree. They take care of stakeholders and shareholders first, customers, themselves, then employees...maybe their employees. There are zero growth strategies in the QA department.
