      Pros

      Ok benefits, some good people. Outside of those two things, I dont see too many pro's to talk about right now.

      Cons

      Horrible communication. Nobody communicates at this company until the customers start complaining. Even then it appears no one seems to care. Management instantly looks for a scapegoat to blame for their ineptitude.
