Pros
Especially in my division, management is supportive of career growth, skill development, and individual empowerment. I have seen leaders work hard to keep employees when possible, even if work load decreases.
Cons
While resources are often shared well across divisions, I have seen a few instances where I thought we should share more. (It's not really a problem in one's day-to-day work.)
