      Great culture in the New York office between senior, mid-level and junior staff amongst engineering and planning divisions. Opportunities to work on challenging projects with all the major agencies.

      Very busy -- can be a challenge to coordinate with individuals in high demand. Hiring can be a challenge industry-wide

      Pros

      Good pay, but offset by no annual bonus. Lots of resources to draw on as a strong multidisciplinary firm. Big projects.

      Cramped office, Cheap toilet paper.
