Pros
The great thing about Sthree Singapore is that it's a fantastic place to learn Recruitment. Outside of training by the Training team, managers, seniors in the business are extremely helpful in giving you hands-on advise. Help and advice is always offered, and not just to associates but at all levels. Sthree is excellent at recognizing and investing in Talent. If you are going through a rough patch, they are patient enough to guide you to the right results and help you achieve real results (as opposed to other agencies which show you the door with very little patience).
Cons
It's a younger, high energy environment filled with lots of outgoing folks. Hence some might find it hard to adjust to the teams to based on first impressions. However in general, assimilation is not a problem as long as you are making a little bit of an effort. The informal and relaxed communication flow between management and the teams could be a but of a culture shock to some people.
