Pros

Excellent training program and on-boaring of new rookies. You are taught the fundamentals of recruitment in both class room and on the floor sessions. Fun work hard / play hard culture and opportunity to earn commission from Day 1 if you apply yourself Great incentives - club lunches / holidays / gift vouchers for high achievers

Cons

Environment is very KPI driven, call times sent out 3 times each day, they use micro-management strategies to ensure maximum output and not very creative or open to trying new approaches. Yes the phone is a good tool but need to start employing new social media / marketing techniques to drum up business as well. Little importance placed on work / life balance - they expect your work to come before everything else. Average commission and below average base salaries (paticuarly for locals)

Pros

Great office building location, company culture, and generous PTO.

Cons

There is a large emphasis of meeting metrics and KPIs. Seems as though management is more focused on hitting daily numbers rather than celebrating actual wins. There is not a lot of training involved in the process of actually acquiring clients. First few months will be training and filled with lots of meetings about getting candidates for jobs that don’t exist. A lot of the job is luck and money is largely dependent on what area you’re working in and your managers connections as well. Definitely not a job where you should expect to make commission within your first year or two.
