Pros

Good potential for great commission. You can make some good friends there. There’s a few good leaders there. Lots of lunch options in the tunnels.

Cons

Can’t keep people long enough for them to be trained up well and have reliable recruiters. The culture is terrible. They let people that make everyone miserable stay because they’re top earners but ruin things for literally everyone around them. The micromanagement is suffocating. So many internal meetings it’s hard to find time to get your actual job without constant distractions. The office is disgusting. Roaches constantly and occasional bats. Dark dim and dreary. No across the office camaraderie. Teams are segregated and cliquey. $10/a day for parking.

Pros

Great office building location, company culture, and generous PTO.

Cons

There is a large emphasis of meeting metrics and KPIs. Seems as though management is more focused on hitting daily numbers rather than celebrating actual wins. There is not a lot of training involved in the process of actually acquiring clients. First few months will be training and filled with lots of meetings about getting candidates for jobs that don’t exist. A lot of the job is luck and money is largely dependent on what area you’re working in and your managers connections as well. Definitely not a job where you should expect to make commission within your first year or two.
