      My colleague had a medical issue regarding bone marrow/hemoglobin so the doctor suggested her to work from home but she was forced to take leaves and no work from home was given. Manager changes the tone of voice once you are on notice period

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
