Pros

Working in such a big group gives you access to a good salary, trainings, you can work both on state-of-the-art and innovative projects, and your career opportunities are vast in terms of role, location, product... Benefits are also generous. Work/Life balance depends on your field of work (customer support is one of the most demanding).

Cons

It might be difficult to push the boundaries of the frame. Sometimes the most simple thing takes a long time because of processes, ownership, etc. The same goes for career evolution: you will get lots of possibilities but maybe not the ones you are looking for.

Cons

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
