      Pros

      Good place to start in aerospace, and they provided me opportunities to explore the areas that I was interested in.

      Cons

      Company seems to hire more employees from outside the country instead of local qualified candidates to save on money. Sometimes the convoluted 5S system got in the way of actually getting work done.

      Potential for long-term career and some possibility for career advancement. Good people.

      Cons

      Bare minimum time off and benefits (1 week PTO your first year and 2 for your first 5 years). Uncompetitive base pay and weak raises.
