      Pros

      The pay is good as well as the benefits. Enjoy the people I work with. Have the potential to be a great company.

      Cons

      Awful management, treat employees with no respect. Direct manager has a childish vindictive mentality, creating a hostile environment. An easy job but lack of direction and leadership causing frustration in a small department. Has completely no idea on how to manage/lead a team.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      Cons

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
