Pros

Love working here. I've seen a constant theme of making decisions based on what is best for customers and employees. Great products, smart & highly driven people, challenging work and highly competitive market. It's fun being with a market leader and making an impact! We hire exceptional people who are good at what they do.

Cons

Growth creates challenges. Those are typically the kind of problems that are fun to solve. If you aren't up for the scale challenges, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

Maybe I lucked out, but this is has truly been my dream job. I was hired as a junior-mid level developer (not product), but my experience has been mostly in low-code platforms. I basically get paid 6 figures to learn how to code on the job and I get to participate in cool initiatives. I definitely feel very lucky and grateful and SailPoint's culture 100% contributes to my satisfaction. I get to work from anvwhere in the world, I get a flexible schedule, free lunch, free, good coffee made by a barista on-site, good 401k match, and my boss doesn't care what my schedule is, only what I deliver matters. It's the first time in my career where I feel like l'm being treated like a trusted adult and I'm so happy.

Cons

My experience has been heavily affected by lucking out with my manager. I imagine maybe other managers in the company are not as cool. Stock price is not looking great but it honestly doesn't affect my day-to-day work so I don't really care. Lower salaries compared to other SaaS companies, specifically for Software Engineering.

Cons

-The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
