      Pros

      Culture was great (new direction will take some getting used to). Benefits is still great People are awesome Company is always trying to build better, tech, process, stability

      Cons

      This is a medium sized company trying to find it's way to enterprise scale. There are process and technology changes that need to happen to make this a reality. Im not sure if the senior leaders see it and can make it happen. There is a lot fo pushing off responsbility.

      Incredible company with awesome people and the most compelling product offering in the agentic AI governance market, which is set to become a tidal wave of demand. There is not a better company in the world to join right now.

      -Opportunity for growth and building a career for yourself -Company culture -WFH -Leadership who genuinely cares about your professional growth, as well as your personal growth (example: making sure your goals that you've set for yourself are within reach and are achievable) -In-depth enablement and endless resources -Benefits

      Cons

      -The commission structure for the DSR role could be better. -The DSR org could benefit from more funding so that we have more opportunities to attend important meetings with our prospects and customers, alongside our sales/account team.
