Pros

Our organization fosters a people-centric, remote-first culture that prioritizes employee well-being and work-life balance. By empowering our employees and creating a supportive environment, we believe we indirectly cultivate exceptional customer service. This approach is characterized by: Employee-centric focus: Prioritizing the needs and growth of employees. Remote work flexibility: Offering employees the freedom to work from anywhere. Open communication: Encouraging honest feedback and constructive criticism. Collaborative environment: Fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing. Customer satisfaction: Delivering outstanding customer experiences as a natural outcome of employee satisfaction.

Cons

Management "shoots from the hip" more often than not. Promotions are not recognized but brushed under the rug. It's hard to get fired or to have consequences making accountability a problem. 2nd and 3rd chances are great but at some point, we have to drop the dead weight.

Pros

Maybe I lucked out, but this is has truly been my dream job. I was hired as a junior-mid level developer (not product), but my experience has been mostly in low-code platforms. I basically get paid 6 figures to learn how to code on the job and I get to participate in cool initiatives. I definitely feel very lucky and grateful and SailPoint's culture 100% contributes to my satisfaction. I get to work from anvwhere in the world, I get a flexible schedule, free lunch, free, good coffee made by a barista on-site, good 401k match, and my boss doesn't care what my schedule is, only what I deliver matters. It's the first time in my career where I feel like l'm being treated like a trusted adult and I'm so happy.

Cons

My experience has been heavily affected by lucking out with my manager. I imagine maybe other managers in the company are not as cool. Stock price is not looking great but it honestly doesn't affect my day-to-day work so I don't really care. Lower salaries compared to other SaaS companies, specifically for Software Engineering.
