Regarding salary reviews, we acknowledge that the process was delayed for two months last year due to organisational changes. Salary reviews typically occur in April, but they were completed in June, with increases backdated to April. We are sorry to hear that the review process and criteria did not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making this process as transparent and fair as possible.
As for remote working, it continues to be part of our benefits offering at SaleCycle. We operate a hybrid working model, allowing employees to maintain flexibility while collaborating effectively with teams.
We understand that recent changes, including some difficult decisions around layoffs and restructuring, have been challenging for both our employees and leadership. We understand that such situations are never easy, and we have worked to handle them as professionally and respectfully as possible. These decisions were not made lightly, and we are committed to improving communication and transparency, especially during times of transition.
We appreciate the hard work of our employees, many of whom are going above and beyond, and we are continuously exploring ways to improve the overall employee experience.
