I have been working at SaleCycle full-time

    Pros

SaleCycle have a lots of ambition and a pretty solid team which makes me confident that the future is pretty bright.

    Cons

Not a con for me but going from a tiny company to multi-national means things can and do change quickly, I actually like that as it offers opportunities to dedicated people.

    Advice to Management

Communication has gotten much better but a little more dialogue around our longer term 'direction' to the global teams would be cool.

I worked at SaleCycle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with, fun times and good energy.

    Cons

This company has made huge changes and shifts without entirely informing their employees. The number of employees increased, but we stayed in a small congested space instead of investing in a larger one. People will be fired/laid off without a valid reason or warning. There is no central goal for this company. Everyone is just in their own departments working on their own thing, but nobody really knows what they're doing. They don't even have a valid mission statement. This company is a sinking ship.

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging and stop advertising roles and positions as if they were a long term thing. Also, don't hire people if you're just going to fire them.

I have been working at SaleCycle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with, 25 vacation days + holidays, 401 + matching, standard health/benefits, generous maternity/paternity leave.

    Cons

Company is a sinking ship, the growth that's always been advertised is proving to be unsustainable. People are being laid off and resigning as a result of structural changes that no one really knows what for and communication surrounding changes is laughable, might be that the company is looking at new ownership. Very poor work/life balance and there's an expectation to be available to work around the clock regardless of the department you're in, which comes from profit margins slipping and pressure from senior management. Culture and work/life balance has as a result gone down and it shows.

This allows you to learn everything about the company from top to bottom and speak confidently to prospective clients and candidates. Everyone is always readily available to help out in any way that they can in order to help you succeed.

I have been working at SaleCycle full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I get the opportunity to connect with execs of some of the largest brands globally on a daily basis -- brands I both admire and use regularly. It doesn't get much cooler than that. I also have nothing but great things to say about the staff I've met and interacted with so far.

    Cons

The office is a bit quiet, I'm used to a louder sales environment but I'm adaptable. I guess that's my one and only complaint so far!

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to be able to meet the entire staff (abroad) at some point! I suppose hangout/webex/skype will have to do ;)!

I have been working at SaleCycle full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The client list I have been able to work with is amazing. The team is very hungry and driven to increase our numbers every month. The team is growing and expanding at a very rapid rate. Management listens to any questions or comments.

    Cons

Not enough hours in the day to catch up with how fast we are growing.

    Advice to Management

    Lets keep growing!
