Pros
I guess the best reasons to be employed by Samsung in Korea is to have the benefit of working with one of the largest electronic manufacturers in the world. The experience of being apart of such a fast paced design team and organizing your work ethic around a different business culture was unique.
Cons
Long hours, a sense of duty and unwavering commitment to Samsung codes of conduct. Work to free time ratio was awful. Questionable management practices in regards to foreign employees. ( Not knowing how to properly lead and implement a growing environment)
