Pros
The compensation was quite rewarding, when compared among other companies based in Korea. The responsibilities required broad knowledge of sales, marketing, customs, production, manufacturing, supply chain management, and etc. It was very demanding job that also enhanced my professional skills. Great people to work with.
Cons
No work and life balance. Working more than 12 hours a day without proper overtime. Hard to take vacation days. Difficult to voice one's opinion. Conflict between managements. Some indecisive leaders without clear direction. Hard to take hours off to go to hospital even.
