Pros
- Decent Salary - Very good benefits - A lot of potential to learn in a busy environment about the industry - Many good ideas (that aren't realised due to the unecessary need to get things done quickly)
Cons
- The Koreans have no trust in any westerners. Countless times I have witnessed arguments where I feel the Westerners are being treated unfairly - There's always a rush to do everything which, at times, hinders the business - Too many decisions are forced onto the subsidiary by the Korean HQ. Too many pointless back and forth changes - Poor internal IT structure and in house software. Very difficult to use. - Too much "respect" given to Korean VPS and none to Western VPs
