Pros

Used to be a great company to work, with freedom to act, friendly atmosphere and a prosperous organization with people working hard and achieving great things!

Cons

Since 2011, with the disaster resulting from bringing the outsider Olof Faxander as CEO, to satisfy the capital markets, the company turned upside down. Still a good company but only short-term driven with exaggerated focus on short-term results = cost cutting. Loosing great opportunities in today's markets as a consequence. Keep loosing several great people. Competition must be happy!

Pros

Work–life balance is actually respected. Most managers honor boundaries, don’t expect late-night firefighting as the norm, and are fine with you taking time off when you need it. Solid parental leave. The parental leave policy is extremely generous compared to a lot of places in the industry, and leadership is generally supportive of people actually using it. Interesting, challenging work. Plenty of chances to solve real problems, not just busywork. If you’re proactive, you can own projects and grow your skill set. Good benefits package. Healthcare, 401(k), and time off are competitive, and HR does a decent job of making the options clear. Smart coworkers who care. A lot of sharp people who genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and the business, which makes collaboration worthwhile when it works.

Cons

Communication needs improvement. Priorities and decisions don’t always flow clearly from leadership to the teams doing the work, which leads to confusion and rework. Too many silos. Teams tend to operate in their own lane, and cross-functional collaboration can be painful. Information gets stuck instead of shared.
