      Great place to work, I learned loads and the senior staff members were very happy to share their knowledge.

      There can be many long hours but overall they do a great job looking after their staff.

      Great work environment, amazing and knowledgeable staff, well-established apprenticeship program, competitive.

      Long working hours, particularly for apprentices who are required to work shows.

      A few good colleagues, nice grounds.

      Cons

      Management. Petty, Passive Aggressive, Condescending Remarks, Blatant retaliation that goes unresolved (these are company wide issues). Pay is low for cost of living in Santa Fe. Poor work life balance April-September.
