Parents are kind of frustrating. I have opened my slots for 14 weeks in advance like they tell you to and I hardly get any hours. I've been with them for a few months now and I'm just now getting more hours but nothing like I thought I would. I see all these reviews on here and Reddit saying people make $1400-$2000 per month and I don't know where they get those hours or numbers because I haven't made anywhere near that. I keep seeing reviews saying they give all the new teachers all the bookings and let me tell you, they don't. The support team is awful, I accidentally booked myself for a time slot when I was out of town, I was unable to request leave from the portal and I explained this multiple times. After several emails back and forth between my recruiter and IT support, I had to get rude and I was finally able to take off, with penalty of course. Don't ever try to take time off with this company, their policy is wack.
Overall I don't recommend this company at all. They're distant, not supportive and very hard to work with and for. I don't get any hours and I keep having to buy stuff for it (props, lights, etc.) It's not worth it, I've sunk more money in than I've made.
