      Pros

      Work/life balance (until recently) Great direct team Work load is manageable PTO and benefits are decent Cultural is very relaxed

      Cons

      Very little recognition, often looked over. Upper management has favorites. Low pay compared to industry standards. Mandatory return to office after being told it would be a remote first company. (Highly changes work/life balance). Communication across departments could be better.

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Cons

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
