Poor consideration for employees, unfair treatment (some employees are allowed moire flexibility in terms of working hours than others. For sales people no possibility to grow, no real consistent reward for the hard work and not motivating commission scheme. Promotions happen by nomination, not by a fair and transparent selection process (this is across different departments, not only sales)
