      Pros

      The all inclusive facility is nice considering the amount of time you're expected to put in to be somewhat successful.

      Cons

      Hard work doesn't always pay off. There are too many big personalities and the politics are too hard to navigate. Work hard play hard is the motto but it's more work hard and less and less play hard.

      Cons

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
