Unfortunately, some of their leadership attributes - or lack thereof - bleed down to others in the organization. Don’t let the earnings fool you. It’s becoming more and more toxic every day. Mass exodus is happening in many departments. Constantly replacing good people with young, unqualified kids who complain about work load and then quit a year later. Bad cycle. And the pay is bad. Notoriously horrible in Greenville. People leave and take jobs that pay twice as much.
