Pros
Great work life-balance, decent benefits, and a laid back environment. Had good management that worked with you as much as they could. Fun people to work with. As a bigger company, there are tons of positions available all the time. Management generally works with you to find a good fit.
Cons
Much lower pay compared to similar roles in the industry (trade off with other benefits and work environment). Very much has a corporate type of environment (don't rock the boat), which didn't quite match my preferred work style.
