      Some really great people - flexible(ish) workload - food is brought in a lot

      Cons

      raises are inconsistent and low, not great training for roles, no clear growth paths for many jobs, questionable/bad leadership decisions

      The company is well known in the area, so if you have experience at ScanSource, it will help you to get a decent paying job at another company.

      Cons

      Wages are low. "Yes Men" are rewarded. You will feel uncomfortable if not a Christian.
