      collegues all around are great, company is stable, lots of benefits (wellness, premium pension, gyms...), good opportunities to develop in company or in VW group ,

      Cons

      not so innovative in IT , big processes , takes time to get approval , some limit with innovation (at least in IT)

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.

      Cons

      Salaries and benefits are lower than other industries. Carrer and salary progressions are hard to achieve.
