      Stable, comfortable for the type of people who just want a job and go home

      Cons

      Avoid if you are non-Swedish speaking and ambitious go-getter type. Lower than market pay, hard to make impact due to politics, and difficult career advancement combined meaning your excellent technical skill is almost useless for career advancement.
