Pros
S heels has an organized management and office staff. There is good communication among management and employees and it’s a positive and energetic environment. The employee discount is good and there are a lot of opportunities for professional growth within the company.
Cons
Part time employees often work long hours with minimal breaks. In a commission based environment there can sometimes be a competitive and territorial attitude among employees. Some managers are placed through experience and longevity and not necessarily their actual leadership acumen. Some employees have been with the company for a very long time and it can feel very “cliquey” sometimes to newcomers
