None. Incompetent organization. They hire people from friends and family who have no education or experience pertaining to the elevator business and put them in positions of power. Blind leading blind.
Cons
- Full of inexperienced and incompetent New Install Coordinators. - Hourly technicians think they can get away with anything and take advantage of the shortage of skilled elevator technicians. Make the Supervisor's life hell as they have to step in and apologize to client'onn their behalf. - arrogant young and inexperienced hires.
