      Global opportunities with location all across the Caribbean and Latin America Canada has a stable economy and the bank is also very stable

      Better training Increase salary Lines between management and employees should be shorter

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
