Pros
Good compensation packages and bonuses I had was lucky to work in multiple challenging projects transforming the electronic channel offering for the bank Great people and great spirit. The bank is big enough to have market power but small enough to be more horizontal from a management perspective.
Cons
As all publicly traded companies, the bank could sometimes focus more on the quarterly and yearly results than driving a 5 to 10 year vision for the business.
