      Nice parties. Good discounts for employees in many stores.

      Cons

      Payment is below average. People like to wash their hands. Only brown nosers have success in Scotiabank. There are many incompetent VPs and Directors. Leadership is inexistent in many areas. Everybody sees their own interest.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
