      Pros

      IT is Canada's most international bank. A well reputed company with lots of employees and salaries are competitive. Work is fairly interesting too.

      Cons

      Not that much easy to get a promotion at this company even if you are doing very well in current job.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
