Pros
Field office and ability to manage your territory the way you see fit, although the commissions are so low you will have to sell a ton just to make a decent living.
Cons
Type A management, Knee Jerk Reactions to low numbers, nepotism at every level, NY management is an example of insanity (keep doing the same thing expecting a different result) and straight up telling you mistruths. This is a company that could be so much more but because of antiquated systems and TOP heavy pay scales they will never be anything but secondary advertising media
