Pros
I’ve worked for Screwfix for a number of years and it has mostly been a good company to work for. Good rate of pay, some decent benefits and I can choose whether I do extra hours or not. Also has good career progression schemes available to those who want to further their career within the company.
Cons
Incompetent area managers and store managers mean you may often have to do the work of three people. Company also makes use of what feels like an intrusive app to clock in and out of work on personal phones.
