    Pros

    Great atmosphere within stores. Never a dull moment. Good opportunity to progress and meet new people.

    Cons

    Salary for low level management is quite poor compared to competitors. Bonus doesnt filter all the way down therefore lack of motivation to meet certain KPI's.

    Pros

    good pace of work, modern shop and storage was very organised. Job role was easy to learn

    Cons

    Short breaks, barely enough time for a cup of tea. Also standing all day on concrete, could really do with some standing mats at tills etc.

    Pros

    Great pay, over 18's get £9.50 per hour inside London. Hours are somewhat 'flexible' 20% discount of Screwfix and B&Q products.

    Cons

    Constant rota change to suit Senior Management. Poor training at times. Not enough engagement from Head Office to stores, looks like HO have mors fun then in stores

    Encouraged to be yourself, everyone is friendly from CEO right down to sales assistant. Great benefits and pay. Atmosphere in stores are amazing, especially in the last 3 months. This is because company has thought of staff and their safety Company always coming up with new ideas
