Pros
No micro management. Nice people to work with. Good place to get yourself grounded in VOD before transitioning to the next gig. Management is friendly and approachable.
Cons
Products are incomplete due to loss of many good people. Overall morale is bad. No real Product Manager. Roadmap is behind the market. Lacks focus and direction. Customers losing confidence. Not able to deliver due to lack of resources. History of rapid hiring and firing due to poor management foresight. No proper product training so you got to shout for it. No career or personal development. Cultural conflict and politics between Eindhoven and Acton office.
