Pros
My co-workers in the Ferndale office (and maybe 2 from the other offices) are the best people I have worked with thus far in my career and it was heartbreaking to leave. Fun activities, free food, ability to work from home.. pretty much can do whatever you want.
Cons
I knew the software EXTREMELY well and was told others knew more than me. I was told I was getting a lead role and it was not until I had my walk out interview that I found out that the CEO I worked for never put the paperwork through. This mean for 4 months that I was told it was being taken care of it was not. So that means I was doing a job for 4 months that I had no ownership too. My promotion was announced to the company too so this was a HUGE shock to me. I am an extremely hard worker and pulled many long nights for this person.. a little respect would have been nice..
