Pros

1. Some talented and hardworking individuals in teams. 2. 5-6 yrs back culture was good, Potential Cultural revival possible.

Cons

1. Too much internal politics in the Application Software department. 2. Middle management often takes credit for team efforts. 3. Visibility is valued more than actual contribution, Favoritism matters more than skills or performance and hence Innovation is dead. 4. Career growth totally depends on your manager rather than merit. 5. Manager centric culture, employees often feel they work for their manager, not the organization. 6. Very less salary and no benefits 7. Very long working hours

Hi Thanks so very much for your incredibly honest review of Secure. We were hurt terribly with the 'great resignation'. Over a period of 2 years we lost too many people, including the stalwarts of our culture. We are rebuilding it. It is a shame that you will not be a part of the return to our best. Having said this, our present culture has enabled us to deliver our very best to our customers. We have more zero defect lines, better software, simpler processes, higher reliability, and delivery to customers that is unparalleled in our industry. Onwards and Upwards Best regards AS, JMD

Hi, Thanks for the review. We are grateful to have some amazing people working for us. We believe that graduates can bring fresh thinking and a dynamic energy to the business and become seriously strong engineers. I am glad that you are enjoying it here. I would love to understand more about the problems with communication. We are working on this in some areas, I am assuming it is not just language skills, but listening skills, simple and visual communication and emotional connections that you feel are lacking. We are constantly striving to get all Semsites to become better at what they do. Best regards Ananya Chief - people, services, design and communications, and infrastructure
