Pros
- guaranteed bonus, other than that nothing much. - cheaper phone carrier subscriptions with major players but with cheaper subscriptions outside, not really the best
Cons
- work location can be very far and ulu - be prepared to work independently without guidance from higher management (depends on location) - work starts early and not much welfare - work culture can be quite toxic depending on job location - salary is quite low though management is trying to raise it to be competitive with other construction companies
