Lack of big name clients - Customer Service Advisor Senior Response Employee Review

I have worked here for over a year and a half, it is very flexible, we have a work family here so the environment is amazing!!!, lovely people, caring management, we have lots of nights out and it is very different to anywhere I have worked before, I love it here.

Not the best pay but the work life balance makes up for it.

Good parking, easy to get to, clean building. Managers are friendly, free coffee, have trouble getting staff so it's easy to get a job.

Company requires staff to breach DPA , persistent cold calling on behalf of Hidden Hearing, ignores requests from recipients to remove information from database in breach of Ofcom guidelines. Staff encouraged to persuade vulnerable customers to agree to appointments many miles away to buy overpriced aids.
