Pros
I've been with SentinelOne for almost 5 months and have had a VERY positive experience thus far.
Before I accepted my offer, I worked closely with their Sales Recruiter, Sean Cashman, who made the process very easy for me.
Like any new job, the first several months are very stressful - learning new people & process is always challenging. That said, the people & culture here are great. It's rare find a spot with good people & tech. S1 has both! Compensation plans are also VERY competitive.
Cons
Technology is good but not perfect. A lot of your job is making sure you're there for your customers when things go bad.
The internal ecosystem at S1 is massive. It can be overwhelming.
