      Pros

      Great software, free lunch, great benefits. The best part about S1 is the employees there who have managed to have the patience to deal with the chaos that is ever present.

      Cons

      A total lack of transparency or vision on the behalf of the management team. Entire departments and roles have been cut on a whim with zero plan in place moving forward. When roles are cut the people remaining are expected to pick up the slack even if it is not anywhere in the realm of their job title.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
