      Pros

      Great company with amazing people, interesting technologies and challenges and great vibe. The company is still small enough so every person counts - you feel your affect on the business on a regular basis, you understand the customers' use-cases and the role you play in getting new customers. The company adapts to changes (internal and external) and is able to make "revolutions" wherever needed - and it just gets better and better. You feel like the company cares about each and every employee - great salaries, great vibes and company events and thinking about the little details (PJs for WFH due to COVID-19, flowers delivery for the first Friday after I was hired etc.).

      Cons

      I wish I came here before.

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
