      Pros

      There are so many great things about the company, ex: - the culture, everyone that I worked with is open, friendly, and truly wants to help you and others to achieve their goals, - challenge - there is no time to be bored, no matter in which department you're working - if you want to learn and develop yourself - no better place to be than S1, - competitive salary, fantastic bonuses, and additional perks (ex., wellness days, company holidays, parental leaves) - S1 does a lot for employees to feel recognized, their work appreciated and to keep a true work-life balance.

      Cons

      When the company is growing with supersonic speed, sometimes there might be some slips or delays, but what differs S1 from other companies is that from each occurrence - a lesson is learned, and the company improves.

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
